Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."

If you are wanting to reset, shift things quickly and assist the process as much as possible, my recommend is three session in thirty days. The power of three X sets things into place. You will find this in many processes. Many of my clients have opted for this and I offer the third session at $77, making the total three sessions $299. During your L.O.V.E (Laws Of Vibrating Energy) Crystal Light Bed Therapy you will receive a private sound bath/sound healing therapy.
Your session will begin with a sage and or light wand cleansing. You will then make yourself comfortable upon a massage table, copper pillow and tourmaline and jade disked mat. The buffalo drum will play over you releasing stagnant energy, getting the energies moving, and clearing any energy that is not yours from your energy field. An eye pillow will be placed over your eyes, the crystal chakra lights will be aligned over your major seven chakras and turned on to a flashing frequency. We will then open space, call in angels, guides and my healing team. You will be guided into meditation as your Sound Healing begins using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, bells, chimes, gongs and rain stick.
