Access Bars® are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, effortlessly and easily release anything that doesn’t allow you to receive. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. I’ve been talking about adding this option to my booking app, so here it is. Many of my clients ask after their first session what I recommend. If you are wanting to reset, shift things quickly and assist the process as much as possible, my recommend is three session in thirty days. The power of three X sets things into place. You will find this in many processes. Many of my clients have opted for this and I offer the third session at $77, making the total three sessions $299. You will book your first session here and we will book your next two after your first session. My recommendation to stay balanced after this is a once a month session.

You will lay comfortably on lounging chairs for this session.I will begin with clearing your energy field and getting the energies moving by drumming over you with the Buffalo drum. I will then open space, call in energies, my healing team, and guide you into meditation, and the sound healing begins. Sound healing sessions are not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of the first 12 weeks of gestation.
Certain medical conditions are also sound sensitive such as Tinnitus, Epilepsy and Menieres. The rhythm of pacemakers as well as metal implants, pins and screws may also be affected by the sound vibrations.

ENERGY FACILITATION CAN BE ADDED FOR AN ADDITIONAL $11 per person. This extends group session times to 75-90 minutes.
You will lay comfortably on lounging chairs for this session.I will begin with clearing your energy field and getting the energies moving by drumming over you with the Buffalo drum. I will then open space, call in energies, my healing team, and guide you into meditation, and the sound healing begins. I will play many Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, four gongs, rain stick, bells, chimes, and tuning fork. This is a transformational experience, shared as a group, and can magnify your experience.
